Although preserved eggs are lead-containing foods, they are delicious when eaten occasionally, especially cold salads. This is also an indispensable and popular cold dish for family banquets.
The easiest way is to add vinegar and sesame oil in our house, which is also delicious. However, an upgraded version will be more popular, especially with the addition of ground peanuts and garlic granules to enhance the flavor. Tips:

1. It is best to use a harder preserved egg, so that it can be placed after cutting. If the yolk is soft, it will stick to the surface of the knife.
2. Mini cucumber is better than regular butter.
3. The peanuts can choose the original flavor, I used spicy peanuts, which taste better.
