Dried Pork Lung Soup with Bone-bone Cabbage

Prepare all the ingredients (forgot to shoot the red dates).

Soak the dried cabbage one hour in advance.

Grab the pig lungs with salt several times, and then blanch them in the pot with the bones.

Then rinse the blanched pig lungs and tube bones.

Put the cleaned pig lungs and tube bones in the soup pot, add ginger slices and appropriate amount of water to start boiling (you need to put a little peanut oil under the soup pot)
