Dried Prawns with Ginger and Garlic

Dried prawns with water bubbles first, let it absorb some water

Mince ginger and garlic, add some dried chilies

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the green onion, ginger, dried chili and saute until fragrant, then add the prawn
4.
Pour in some cooking wine, boil it and remove it, don’t boil it dry
