Dried Radish
1.
Soak the dried radish in water (this is the radish that has not been salted and dried). The radish is directly cut into finger-thick strips and dried in the sun.
2.
Prepare garlic (if you don’t like garlic, you can skip it)
3.
Dry the radish and squeeze out the moisture
4.
Boil water in a pot, add the radishes and cook for about 10 minutes. If you like very soft, you can cook it for a while.
5.
Remove again and squeeze out the water.
6.
Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add rock sugar (about 13 pieces)
7.
Simmer the sugar slowly over a small fire
8.
Completely melted, the sugar color is brown-red (don’t suffer any more)
9.
Add half a bag of ordinary soy sauce, add some dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, add chili sauce (you can add chili noodles if you don't eat it spicy).
10.
Add garlic and boil
11.
Let cool
12.
Pour on top of dried radish
13.
Mix well
14.
Finished product
Tips:
Choose the flavor you like for the chili sauce, and don't like garlic. Don't add garlic. This sauce can also be used to soak the dried radish next time.
