Dried Radish Omelette

Shred the dried radish and set aside (with a little chili powder).

Beat in the eggs.

Add a few drops of soy sauce and stir well with chopsticks.

Add oil to the pan, heat up on high heat, pour in the egg mixture, and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Turn it over and fry on medium heat until golden brown, then turn off the heat.

Take out the pan and serve.

Serve it and enjoy it quickly.
