Dried Radish with Spiced Sauce

1. Soak the dried radishes in water for 30-40 minutes, soak up the dried radishes, remove and rinse twice.

2. Pour peanut oil into the pot; add the spices prepared in advance: fragrance, star anise, pepper, ginger slices, green onions.

3. Heat the frying pan on low heat until the spices are golden brown and fragrant.

4. Filter out the spices, and the spiced peanut oil is ready.

5. Mix the spiced peanut oil, sesame oil, extremely fresh, chopped green onion, millet pepper, and dried radish and mix well.

6. Steam for 15 minutes over water, and stir with chopsticks after steaming.
