Fresh shiitake mushrooms are all Xixia shiitake mushrooms.

After two days of drying, the shiitake mushrooms shrank significantly. In order to see the changes clearly, I deliberately got a small basket for comparison. In fact, I have a lot of exposure. If it’s not dry enough for two days, you can dry it for more time.

When eating, use warm water and appropriate amount of sugar, and pack it in an airtight box.

Shake the sealed box vigorously for 1-2 minutes, and the mushrooms will soon be soaked.

Generally one hour after shaking, the shiitake mushrooms will be soaked.

Don't throw away the picked mushrooms. Cut off the top part and wash it.

Boiled in boiling water until soft, you can make buns, croquettes, etc. It is not wasteful at all, and the fresh shiitake mushrooms will not be hard after being processed in this way.
