Dried Squid with Vegetable Pepper

1. The squid is dry cleaned and soaked.

2. The squid is dried and the head is removed, and the squid body is hit with a knife and cut into pieces.

3. Wash the cayenne pepper and cut into pieces.

4. Heat the pan with oil, put a proper amount of green onion and ginger in the pan.

5. Put in squid pieces.

6. Stir-fry and roll up.

7. Add green peppers.

8. Stir fry until broken.

9. Add Maggi fresh and oyster sauce, a pinch of salt.

10. Stir-fry over high heat, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
