Dried Squid with Vegetable Pepper

The squid is dry cleaned and soaked.

The squid is dried and the head is removed, and the squid body is hit with a knife and cut into pieces.

Wash the cayenne pepper and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan with oil, put a proper amount of green onion and ginger in the pan.
