Squid and Potato Shreds

Soak the dried squid in clean water until it becomes soft. (About 2 to 3 hours)

Wash the squid and remove the fish bones, and peel the potatoes.

The sausage is packed and shredded about 5 cm, and the squid is shredded. Put the sesame oil, salt, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar together and stir well and set aside.

Shred the potatoes and soak them in clean water for a while.

Add water to the pot and boil, pour shredded potatoes, add some salt and stir evenly.

Pick up the potatoes and put them in cold water to filter, dry the water and set aside.

Add the shredded squid and sausage to the pot and blanch for a while. Add cold water to the pot and filter to control the moisture. Then put the potato shreds, squid shreds and sausages into the pot together, and then mix the previously adjusted sauce evenly.
