Squid and Potato Shreds

1. Soak the dried squid in clean water until it becomes soft. (About 2 to 3 hours)

2. Wash the squid and remove the fish bones, and peel the potatoes.

3. The sausage is packed and shredded about 5 cm, and the squid is shredded. Put the sesame oil, salt, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar together and stir well and set aside.

4. Shred the potatoes and soak them in clean water for a while.

5. Add water to the pot and boil, pour shredded potatoes, add some salt and stir evenly.

6. Pick up the potatoes and put them in cold water to filter, dry the water and set aside.
