Stewed Pork Ribs with Dried Squid and Radish
1.
Dried squid is soaked in clean water overnight. The red film on the top can be torn off or stewed together, rinsed with clean water, and cut into strips or blocks;
2.
Soak the ribs in water for half an hour to 1 hour in advance to remove blood;
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the ceramic pot, wash the ginger and put it into the pot, and boil the water (it is best to add enough water at a time, if you feel that the soup needs to be added in the middle, it is best to add boiling water);
4.
Put the ribs in a pot, boil and use a spoon to skim the surface foam, add the squid, and then slowly simmer on a low heat until the ribs are relatively soft;
5.
Peel the radishes and cut into pieces, add them to the pot and cook until they are slightly soft. Add some salt to taste.
