Fried Squid with Buckwheat and Snow Peas

Soak the dried squid in water until soft, about 3 hours

Remove the old tendons and wash the snow peas, remove the leaves and skin of the green buckwheat, and cut into sections. Remove the bones of the squid, wash and shred, set aside.

Heat the pot, add more oil, add the sliced ginger, stir fragrant, then add the squid, light soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and quickly stir-fry the pot and set aside

Add green buckwheat heads to the pot and stir fry for 30 seconds with a little salt.

Then add the washed snow peas, add a little salt and continue to fry until the color changes

6 Adjust the cornstarch with a little water, add the fried squid to the pot, pour the cornstarch and stir-fry evenly.
