Squid and shiitake mushrooms are soaked in water for about 3 hours until soft

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces, set aside

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, put the prepared ingredients together, turn to a low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then add salt to taste.
