Squid Bean Love

Soak the dried squid in clean water until soft, about 3 hours

The soaked dried squid bones are washed and shredded, the chili pepper is cut into pieces, and the ginger slices are shredded.

Heat up the pot, add a lot of oil, add shredded ginger, and stir up the scented pepper.

Add the cut squid to the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and stir-fry for 30 seconds to cook for later use.

Fold the beans into 2 cm pieces and wash, put in water in a pot and boil, add the beans and blanch them

Add seasonings to a small bowl: salt, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and some water
