Dried Strawberries

Pour clean water into the basin, add salt, and stir evenly; remove the stalks of the strawberries, put them in light salt water, and soak for a while;

Wash the strawberries again with clean water and drain the water;

Strawberry slices with the same thickness as possible;

Put the strawberry slices on the drying net dedicated to the fruit dryer; do not overlap;

My fruit dryer has 4 layers of drying nets, all of which are filled with strawberry slices;

Close the door, you can see the food inside from the outside, which is helpful to observe the degree of drying of the ingredients and avoid drying out;
7.
Turn on the power, select 70 degrees, and bake for 10 hours; the baking time can be increased or decreased according to the thickness of the fruit;
8.
When the baking is over, the dried strawberries are ready; I can turn the strawberries halfway through. I'm lazy and haven't turned them over;
9.
Healthy snack [dried strawberry] is ready.
