Dried Tofu and Radish Cubes

Cut dried beancurd and dried radish into half finger-sized pieces, rinse with water twice to reduce the saltiness, thaw the lima beans, rinse and filter the water, cut the chili into sections, add a small amount of oil to saute the dried tofu

Continue to stir fragrant dried radish;

Stir the Lima beans in dry water and cook;

In a separate pot, add a little oil, add dried chili and garlic slices, and stir over low heat until the chilies are colored;

Pour in lima beans and dried tofu, add 1/2 tsp of refined salt, and stir fry a few times;

Pour in dried radish, 1/8 tsp of five-spice powder and 1/4 tsp of sugar, pour 1 tsp of cooking wine, quickly stir evenly and serve;
Tips:
1. Stir dry tofu in water, then stir until light yellow, which is more chewy;
2. Dried radishes are too salty, wait until the dried tofu and lima beans are evenly put in the pot before putting the salt in the pot, it will not make the dried radishes more salty;
3. Lima beans can be replaced by broad beans.
