Dried Tofu with Cold Dressing

Cut the fresh tofu into thick slices and put it in a wooden box. Place a layer of tofu and sprinkle a thick layer of corn stalk ash for a day and night (the ash preparation time can be determined by the degree of dryness and wetness of the ash).
