Dried Whitebait with Spinach

Blanched spinach and dried whitebait set aside

Add a small amount of sesame oil
3.
Add table salt
4.
Add a small amount of vinegar to enhance the flavor

Mix well and serve!

Tips:
The dried whitebait can also be replaced with dried shrimp skin! Dried fish is a bit salty, so be sure to put less salt!
