Drunk Shrimp
1.
Prepare a container, preferably sealable. I use a glass crisper.
2.
Chop the ginger, garlic, spicy millet, and chili pepper. My millet is a bit dry and not so spicy. You can add more if you like spicy. My ginger is more than three slices. The juice is a bit spicy.
3.
Crystal clear.
4.
Mix the sugar, white vinegar, and seafood soy sauce in a ratio of 1:2:3. You can add as many as you like.
5.
Stuff with lid for 15 minutes.
6.
Wash the prawns. The live prawns I bought were almost half dead when I got home, so I washed them all and chose live ones.
7.
I bought it about this size.
8.
Put them on the curtain and control the water.
9.
With the effort of turning around, they become so mischievous, and they are everywhere.

In 15 minutes, I use the spoon at home, probably the spoon that I picked up when eating hot pot, and put four spoons of rice wine in the sauce. I use semi-sweet rice wine, and some use Huadiao wine, but I didn’t buy it when I bought it. Some people told me that rice wine is Huadiao wine. Later I heard that Huadiao wine is a fine product in rice wine, because I saw it later I didn’t understand the yellow wine under the Huadiao wine sold in the supermarket, so there is no need to waste that expensive one. Of course, except for the local tyrants, if you understand, you can also popularize it for me. In short, Huadiao wine is more fragrant. .
13.
I secretly added the white wine that I have been collecting at home. Anyway, this wine is either made by me or made as pickles.
14.
Take a good pose and put the prawns in the fresh-keeping box one by one. Be sure to cover them with a lid when you put them, or else they are really jumping everywhere.
15.
They splashed all over the table.
16.
Keep in the refrigerator for three days.
17.
Three days to...

Pinch one, put it in your mouth, and savor it slowly. It's so fresh, it contains the sweetness of wine...it definitely stimulates your tongue and taste buds.
