Crabs are not intoxicating, people are drunk by themselves.

Drunken Crab with Yellow Wine and Ginger Sugar

1. Clean the hairy crabs

2. Prepare rice wine or Huadiao wine (not cooking wine), purified water, ginger and brown sugar

3. Put the cleaned hairy crabs in a pot, preferably a casserole. Put the rice wine into the pot and let the hairy crabs get drunk first, about 30 minutes or more

4. Then add brown sugar, ginger shreds and purified water in turn, cover the lid of the Vantage Programmable Stove, select the 5th gear, and boil on high

5. After boiling, turn the fire power adjustment button to 2 gears, simmer for 30-60 minutes on low heat, and you can get out of the pot

Tips:

Hairy crabs are rich in protein, amino acids, calcium, iron, selenium and other vitamins, which help to promote the repair and synthesis of human tissue cells and improve immune function.
