Dry Fried and Fried Marinated Octopus

Wash the hairtail

Prepare green onion, ginger and cooking wine

Tips:
1. The salted food does not exceed 24 hours, and the temperature is high and put it in the refrigerator overnight to avoid spoilage
2. The fishy smell is heavy, adding cooking wine, scallion and ginger together can effectively remove the fishy smell
