Dry Fried Octopus
1.
The hairtail is slaughtered and cut into sections for later use.
2.
Spread an even layer of salt on both sides of the fish.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and pour the hairtail into the pot.
4.
Wait until it is golden brown and turn it over and continue to fry until golden.
5.
Sprinkle shredded ginger on the fish.
6.
Sprinkle a layer of garlic cloves.
7.
Drizzle appropriate amount of light soy sauce, change to low heat and turn over.
Tips:
After the light soy sauce is poured, the fire should be changed immediately, otherwise it will be burnt.
If you are not in a hurry to eat, you can sprinkle salt and let it marinate for fifteen minutes before frying, which is more delicious.
