Dry Fried Octopus Section

Wash the hairtail section and drain the water.
2.
Put the hairtail section in a basin, add salt, rice wine, ginger and green onions, mix well and marinate for a while.
3.
Drain the marinated fish.
4.
Heat up the frying pan and fry the hairtail section.
5.
Fry until golden on both sides.
