Dry Fried Salmon

The salmon is taken out directly, without washing with water, because it is fresh, it is the kind that can be made sashimi;

Spread the salmon with salt and crushed black pepper evenly, and marinate for about half an hour;

When salting the salmon, prepare the salad, wash the bitter chrysanthemum, take the middle part, wash the purple sweet, and cut into filaments, peel the carrot and cut into filaments;

Add a little salt, olive oil, a little red wine vinegar or a few drops of lemon for simple seasoning, mix well and sprinkle in the pine nuts; set aside;

Tips:
1. Salmon can be pan-fried fully cooked, or fried on the surface, it can be eaten if it is not cooked inside, depending on personal preference! In fact, its nutritional value is better when eaten raw;
2. Lemon can effectively remove the fishy smell, but generally fresh salmon is not fishy. You can also dip it in mustard soy sauce and enjoy it.
