Dry-fried Skinned Fish

When buying, ask the merchant to tear off the coat of the skinned fish and come back to clean it.

Cut the fish into pieces

Add a little salt and marinate for a few minutes

Heat the pot, don’t use too much oil, just put the fish in it

Turn to medium and low heat and fry it until it tastes dry
Tips:
When frying, don’t rush, the low fire will force out the moisture and fry the aroma
