Grilled Sea Fish with Seaweed

Cut a piece of sea fish and marinate it with salt

Soak the seaweed in a little water, cut the green onion and garlic into small pieces. When it comes to seaweed, I found the big mystery in the middle. I must eat the seaweed, the most delicate, the taste is melted every year. Always stock up some time.

Add ginger and fry the fish in the pan after putting the oil in the hot pan. Don't turn it immediately.

The seaweed does not need to be cooked for long, sprinkle with onions and garlic, close the lid, turn off the heat for about ten seconds, and simmer for about ten seconds.
