Frying and Peeling Fish

Marinate the skinned fish with salt for half an hour.

Chop the green onions, celery, garlic, and ginger into shreds.

Heat in a pan, add oil, add fish after heating oil, and fry on medium-low heat.

Fry on both sides until slightly yellow.
