Frying and Peeling Fish

1. Marinate the skinned fish with salt for half an hour.

2. Chop the green onions, celery, garlic, and ginger into shreds.

3. Heat in a pan, add oil, add fish after heating oil, and fry on medium-low heat.

4. Fry on both sides until slightly yellow.
