Dry Fried Small Yellow Croaker

Wash the small yellow croaker, remove the internal organs, and drain the water

Sprinkle a little salt and pepper powder evenly on both sides and let it sit overnight in a cool place

Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a little oil, and put the dried fish on it. If the skin is still very wet, you can apply a little dry powder to avoid sticking to the pan

Fry on low heat until bubbling on one side, and then turn it over at about five ripe times. Don't turn over repeatedly during the process

Fry until golden on both sides, as shown in the picture.
