Dry Fried Sole
1.
Wash soles and drain.
2.
Put the soles in a basin, put rice wine, salt, ginger and green onions to marinate for a while.
3.
Marinate and drain the sole.
4.
Put oil in a pot to heat up, add sole fish to fry.
5.
Fry until golden on both sides and out of the pan.
6.
