Steamed Sole

Wash the fish, spread it with cooking wine and salt, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Boil a pot under water and steam on high heat for 10 minutes. Re-arrange the dishes after they are out of the pan. (Sorry, this is a photo of just opening the pot, the steam is too big)
