Salt and Pepper Sole
1.
Prepared ingredients.
2.
The fish is clean.
3.
Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt and marinate for a quarter of an hour.
4.
Rinse the marinated fish with water, then add salt and cooking wine to marinate for 2 minutes.
5.
The marinated fish is evenly coated with dried cornstarch.
6.
Heat the pan with cool oil, pat off the dried starch floating on the fish, and fry it slowly in a pan over low heat.
7.
Scoop out golden yellow on both sides.
8.
Let it blow up in the fire before eating.
9.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper powder at the end.
Tips:
1. When frying, the fire should be lower. After the fish is set, turn over again, so that it will not break easily.
2. Re-frying can remove the excess oil in the fish body.
