Dry Fried Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crabs

Prepare the materials

Soak hairy crabs in light salt water for about half an hour and scrub them, and rinse them repeatedly with water

Boil dry in a wok, spread ginger slices flat

Tips:
1. After cleaning, the hairy crabs must be re-bundled to avoid losing their legs during frying.
2. Crabs are cold ingredients, and ginger can be added a little more.
