Dry Steamed Peanuts

Wash peanuts.

Put star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon in the pot.

Put it on a steamer, a layer of peanuts and a layer of salt.

Until it's finished.

Bring the fire to a boil, turn to medium heat and burn for ten minutes, turn off the fire and keep it stuffy for a few minutes.
Tips:
I like to eat peanuts that are not very floury. Please decide the steaming time of peanuts according to your own taste. You can add more salt to make the peanuts taste better.
