Mr. is on a business trip, so I don’t have to cook so many dishes tonight, anyway, I can’t finish eating more; I don’t have to hurry, and no one will say anything when I eat with my phone, and I can continue to make recipes... (I smile proudly)

Tips:

☞You can add more oil to this dried whitebait. If you don't like dried whitebait, you can add oil to the fried garlic.
☞I have one large and two small quantities here, so it is relatively small and crowded. You can cut an extra loofah and stack it in two layers. You can add a vermicelli underneath and absorb the garlic soy sauce, which is also delicious.
☞Looking at the size of the dried whitebait, measure the soaking time by yourself. Anyway, it must be soaked completely, but it must not be soaked too softly, so that the taste will be good.
