Duck Feet with Abalone Sauce

Wash the duck feet, cut off the nails, trim off the old skin of the palms, use ginger slices, bay leaves, and an star anise to boil until rotten. The chopsticks can poke the meat of the palms. I just made the broth, so I threw it in and cooked it together. .

It takes about an hour and a half to fish out. During this time, the broccoli can be blanched and chilled with ice water to keep the broccoli green.

This abalone sauce is very thick and salty. I used a little boiled water to melt it in the pot. After the dishes were put on the plate, I poured the abalone sauce on it. It was even better with the corn and carrots in the soup!
