Duck Feet with Pickled Peppers

About 1 catty and a half of duck feet, wild pepper, rice vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, white wine

1 cucumber, 3 lettuce, half red pepper

Duck feet minus the toes, wash, cut vegetables into large strips, cook the duck feet, boil the water for 8 minutes

After cooking, take it out and rinse with tap water. I rinsed it for 1 minute and then soaked it in cold water with ice cubes for about 20 minutes.

200ml of wild sanjiao water (about a third of a bottle), there are about 30 wild sansho peppers. I forgot to take the picture of pouring rice vinegar, it is about 50ml.

10 grams of salt, 10 grams of sugar, a small piece of cinnamon

3 bottles of white wine, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 garlic

Taste while putting the ingredients. If it is too sour, add some boiling water to dilute it. Taste it and put it on your own, or leave it alone.

Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator (I marinated the vegetables for 3 hours and it was sour, I took it out, and the duck feet were marinated for half an afternoon plus one night)
