Duck Frame Winter Melon Soup

Prepare the duck skeleton.

Put the duck skeleton in a boiling pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

While cooking the duck skeleton, prepare corn beans and peas.
4.
Prepare white jade mushrooms.
5.
Peel the winter melon and remove the flesh.
6.
Cut the winter melon into hob pieces.
7.
Remove the roots and wash the white jade mushrooms, blanch them in another pot and serve.
8.
Cook the duck skeleton for 1 hour, then add the winter melon to the pot and cook it.
9.
Cook until winter melon is 5 or 6 minutes old, add corn beans to the pot and cook.
10.
Cook the peas until the winter melon is 7 or 8 minutes old.
11.
Cook until the winter melon is 9 minutes old, add the white jade mushroom to the pot and cook.
12.
Add salt and MSG.
13.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
