Freshly fragrant duck legs and shiitake mushrooms are boiled together with some red dates, corn kernels, and finally some sweet baby vegetables. The finished product is very good. Not only is the nutrient rich and balanced, the taste is also very good.

Duck Leg Mushroom Claypot

1. Wash duck legs, shiitake mushrooms, baby vegetables

2. Duck legs cut into pieces

3. Boil the duck legs in the pot and remove the water to drain

4. Put the duck leg into the pressure cooker, add green onion and ginger

5. Add aniseed, bay leaves, red pepper

6. Add some water

7. Wash red dates and corn kernels

8. Put the corn kernels into the inner pot of the rice cooker

9. Put the red dates into the inner pot of the rice cooker, put the inner pot into the rice cooker and turn on the electric cooker

10. Baby cabbage cut into pieces

11. Boil until the ingredients are cooked, and the baby vegetables are put into the pot

12. Add salt and pepper, turn off the power, stir evenly and serve

Tips:

1. The ingredients are matched according to personal preference.
2. The baby cabbage is very tender and needs to be served later.
