Duck Tongue

Wash the duck tongue, put in a pot under cold water, put 2 slices of ginger and bring to a boil.

Prepare another pot, add water, pepper, green onions, and ginger to a boil, wash the duck tongue with enough water, put it in a pot of boiling water, and pour the cooking wine. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, 10 minutes

Take out the duck tongue, rinse it with pure water, put it in a box, pour the gravy marinade, close the lid, put it in the refrigerator, and start it after 12 hours.
