My old family’s favorite food is duck tongue. I usually cook it or braise it and sometimes it’s grilled. Today I used steamed and it tastes very good. If you like it, you can try it. I used ginger and spring onions for steaming duck tongue today. If you copy, you can put a few more slices of ginger.

Steamed Duck Tongue with Green Onion and Ginger

1. Prepare a duck tongue.

2. Add a little warm water and a handful of fine salt to the pot.

3. Rub the duck tongue well and place it on the plate with water.

4. Use appropriate amount of sliced ginger and green onion to enhance the flavor.

5. Put it in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

6. In this way, a steamed duck tongue with green onion and ginger is complete.

Tips:

Duck tongue is a semi-finished product, and the steaming time is not easy to be too long.
