Duck Wings with Shajiang

Prepare 10 duck middle wings.

Put the duck wings into the pot, add green onion knot, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, red pepper, boil, turn to low heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Wash the cooked duck wings to remove any foam and soak them in cold water for 20 minutes.

Wash sand ginger and chop finely. Cut coriander and green onion into small pieces.

Drain the soaked duck wings and chop them into chunks.

Tips:
1. Add the auxiliary materials in step 2 when the duck wings are cooked in the pot, which has a good effect of enhancing aroma and removing fishy.
2. At the end, there is no need to add salt and chicken essence, it is better to use the very fresh soy sauce to taste better.
