Spicy Braised Duck Wings

15 middle duck wings were cleaned.

Put the duck's wings in a pot, blanch it, and then rinse off the foam.

Brine ingredients: sliced ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, dried chili, red pepper, clove, fennel.

Marinated ingredients: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, spicy sauce.

Tips:
1. There are many kinds of brine ingredients that can be freely matched according to personal preference. If it is simple, you can use star anise, cinnamon and bay leaf.
2. After the duck wings are marinated, it is best to leave the pot soaked for 20 minutes, and the duck wings will add more flavor after soaking.
3. A slightly spicy taste is better. If you don't like it, you can omit the two ingredients, dried chili and spicy sauce.
