Griddle Duck Wings

Wash 10 middle duck wings and cut them in half

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add duck wings, add a spoonful of cooking wine, boil, turn the lid to low heat and cook for seven or eight minutes

Tips:
1. Add a spoonful of ingredients to the duck wings and cook for a few minutes, which can effectively remove the fishy smell and blood foam
