Dumpling Skin Oil Splashed Noodles
1.
Prepare rapeseed, bean sprouts and dumpling wrappers or wonton wrappers.
2.
Bring the water to a boil, blanch the bean sprouts to soften and remove them for later use.
3.
Cut the dumpling wrappers (or wonton wrappers) into three pieces, and then stretch them separately.
4.
It can be pulled together in a stack, and it is easy to separate.
5.
The dumpling wrappers (wonton wrappers) are best to be melted for a while when taken out of the refrigerator, so that it will be easier and longer to stretch!
6.
Put the pulled noodles into boiling water and cook for 10-20 seconds, then you can remove them!
7.
After removing the noodles, cook the vegetables (the noodles are not removed in the picture because I am lazy)
8.
Put the cooked noodles in a bowl for later use. You can put some cold boiled water or mineral water if you are afraid of lumps.
9.
Put rapeseed and bean sprouts on the noodles.
10.
Add oil to the pot, add chili and Chinese pepper when the oil is hot, turn off the heat after a few seconds.
11.
Add salt, sugar and minced garlic to the dish, and pour the hot chili pepper oil on the garlic in the previous step. Add the vinegar, and the Verdami can stir well and serve.
Tips:
If the dumpling wrappers are taken out of the refrigerator, they must wait for a while, or they will break easily!
The cooking time must be short, otherwise it will melt. At first I wanted to cook the noodles with rape, but the noodles became too big and broke. You can cook the rapeseed first and then cook the noodles.
