Dumpling Skin Scallion Pancakes

Chop the green onion, add oil, salt, salt and pepper, and stir well

Take a dumpling wrapper and put it on the mixed ingredients

Take another dumpling wrapper and cover it, and so on. There are 8 layers in total, and the top layer does not need to be rubbed.

Use a rolling pin to roll out 8 layers of dumpling wrappers into a large pie

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry on low heat until crispy
Tips:
After the dumpling wrappers are taken out of the refrigerator compartment, they should be warmed up for a while, otherwise they will not move when they are rolled into a flatbread.
