Fry the egg into pancakes, chopped up, and put all the vegetables together, add salt and pepper, spicy fresh and stir.

Tips:
The dishes I cut are relatively large. I stir-fried a few times in the wok. If you are afraid of the unfamiliar food, you can slightly stir-fry the vegetables a few times.
