Dumplings

Cut the leek and pork into froth, because I like leek, the proportion of leek is too large, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking oil, and mix well

Wrap it, put the stuffing in the dumpling skin, dip the edge of the dumpling with water, fold it, hold the middle of the left index finger and thumb, and wrap it like a flower on the right hand. It is recommended to spread a little flour under the dumpling which is not easy to stick (at home) I didn’t find the flour, so I didn’t spread it. Fortunately, it was not stained

Put the dumplings in the pot, add cold water after boiling, open three times and add three times, pierce the heart

Add proper amount of boiling water and the dumplings will be ready. Add or not add water to your personal preference. After adding water, the dumplings will not stick to the dumplings.

Dip, personally like to add light soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, chili powder
