Dumplings

Wash the water spinach leaves and drain the water.

Finely chop.

Add an appropriate amount of flour. Do not add too much flour at a time, but add it in portions.

Stir well first, so that each leaf is glued with flour, and then knead it vigorously until it becomes a ball.

Dump into balls of uniform size and place in a steamer. (The steamer should be cushioned with a silicone pad or a damp cloth to prevent sticking)

Boil a pot on the water and steam for about 10 minutes.

When steaming the dumplings, prepare to dip them in water: wash the garlic and mince.

Put it in a bowl, add pepper powder, pepper powder, sesame oil, pepper oil, chili oil, light soy sauce and vinegar according to your taste and mix well.
9.
Just drizzle with an appropriate amount of water.
Tips:
The steaming time is for reference, and the time should be adjusted according to the size of the dumplings.
