Fried Convolvulus Leaves with Egg

Wash the water spinach leaves and set aside.

Mince garlic.
3.
Beat the eggs.
4.
Heat oil in a pan.

Add eggs and fry them well.

Set aside the eggs, add minced garlic and bean paste.

Down to the water spinach leaves, stir-fry with a spatula and chopsticks. Stir in the eggs and stir-fry, add the oyster sauce and chicken essence and continue to stir-fry until it tastes.

A portion of soy-flavored egg fried water spinach leaves is ready.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt, because soy sauce and oyster sauce contain salt, water spinach leaves and eggs are not good salt, otherwise it will be salty.
