Dumplings

Boil the water in the pot, wash the beans and boil them in the pot. Turn the water on again and turn off the heat. Take out the beans and soak them in cold water.

Dice the beans from the cold water

Dry fragrant, wash the onions and dice them, put some oil in the pan, and fry the chopped onions in the pan.

Add light soy sauce, ginger powder, pepper, and eggs to the minced meat. Stir clockwise, add some cornstarch, and stir clockwise.

Add the chopped diced beans, onion diced, and dried fragrant diced to the stirred meat.

Stir well again, add thick soup and stir well, add some olive oil and stir well

It’s starting to make dumplings, some are like steamed buns and some are like siu mai. They don’t look very good.

Steamed on the pot for 15 minutes, I couldn’t wait to taste one after it was steamed.
Tips:
Put the thick soup in the refrigerator, take it out early, it will be easier to mix and stir. I think making dumplings is very simple. Buy ready-made dumpling skins. As for the trap, I like simple ones, but I’m not interested in making them if they are too complicated.
