Durian Crisp

Press the durian meat into a puree with a spoon.

Put it in the thawed egg tart crust.
3.
Pinch them together, as shown in the picture.
4.
Put it in the oven and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
5.
An egg yolk is broken up.
6.
Brush the egg wash.
7.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake for 5 minutes.
